I knew something was wrong when I got the package as it weighed far too little for 1500 thread count.There is no way these are1500 thread count sheets. They are so thin and cheap and the labels sewn onto them merely say "Queen" (no thread count/washing instructions, place of manufacturing etc.

Edit: This review has crossed over into the similarly named Egyptian Bedding Store products I have no experience with that store but assume Super Duper Deals named their product exactly the same so that any positive reviews from EBS (a seemingly reputable seller) would cross over to their inferior products.

Update: Upon attempting to return to seller, the phone number they (Super duper Deals)give for "customer service" is some guys cell phone with the message "Leave a message". Will keep you posted.

Update 2: After contacting Amazon customer support. They facilitated contact from the seller (SDD). Super duper Deals promised to provide a full refund (will keep you posted) and offered to allow us to keep the sheets. While we were dissatisfied with the product (one star) the customer service was much better (4 stars.
