Because Pima cotton is so sturdy, a high-thread count product like these pillowcases at 525 is substantial.These pillowcases are by no means thin or flimsy.If you are not accustomed to fabric with a hand like this, your perception may at first be it is a bit stiff.It isn't.This fabric drapes beautifully.The pillowcases are smooth and soft.

These come of out of the dryer with a slight bit of crinkliness, but that's gone when you fold them.They smooth out easily and do not require ironing.You should wash them separately first, but I have never had a problem with colorfastness.I've bought these pillowcases before.I keep coming back to them because they are the finest I've found.I do not think you can find a better cotton pillowcase.I keep an eye out for a sale.If they're under $50 a pair for King size, I buy.If they're under $35, I buy multiples!
